THE RACE TO 16 WINS
Re: THE RACE TO 16 WINS
Yes, the bandwagoners do not know the Moose was. Straka and Morozov were my favorites growing up.

My Christmas request one year as a child one year was a Rico Fata jersey.
Re: THE RACE TO 16 WINS
Rico's only 38, he could still be playing

Same dictionary I have, haha.12HankQB wrote:That's because of the "Here we go" chant is slower and longer. Let's Go Pens is a 1,2,3 count. If the chant for the Penguins was "Here we go Penguins, here we go" then you use the full word.knowitall wrote:Then change the logo to a Bic.
We don't chant Here we go Steel, Here we go!

Re: THE RACE TO 16 WINS
Only team in the east that worries me is Boston
Re: THE RACE TO 16 WINS
I know it was just one game but man that felt like more than a 1-0 series lead. With that said, Philly could easily come out tonight and take this back to Broad Street with home ice advantage.
I think the dilemma Philly and most teams are gonna have is how do you counteract the balance of this penguins team? I think the Brassard, Kessel, Sheary line will determine how deep the Penguins go. The fact that the Penguins are clipping along at over 27% on the power play takes away the fear of teams just wanting to get into a slugfest with the Penguins. When you think of the fact that every 4th penalty you take in the series is gonna result in a goal, it makes playing an edgy style very dangerous.
With that said, there are a lot of teams in the east that concern me. I think Toronto, Boston, Tampa, and Columbus would push Pittsburgh deep into a playoff series. The only team the pens would have home ice over is Columbus. The Penguins were very pedestrian on the road this season.

Abpk seemed to be more spot on then the rest of us. 1-1 heading back to philly, each team with a blow out win.
Expect game 3 and 4 to be a blood bath
