NFL Draft First Round Thread
Who do the Browns take? How far does Josh Allen fall? Where does Saquon go? What should the Steelers take?

Maybe allen will fall to pittsburgh
Re: NFL Draft First Round Thread
I'd rather see Barkley in Cleveland than New York. If I was the Browns, I'd get Saquan and then one of the QB's and build from there. They cant score. ever. They need to start here.

Re: NFL Draft First Round Thread
I think if you look at the top quarterbacks in the draft, Baker Mayfield was the best college football player of the top 4 QB's. I think that's worth something.
Similar situation with Deshaun Watson last year, he wasn't necessarily the top rated QB in last year's draft, but he was probably the most accomplished college player. And before his injury, it appeared like he'll be a very good pro.
So people might fall in love with Allen's size, Rosen's mechanics, Darnold's freshman season, but Baker Mayfield has been the best football player all along of the four.

And to that end, I think Lamar Jackson will be a nice player in the NFL as well. He's effectively been the co-best player in college football the past two years with Mayfield.

Steelers....always need secondary help. Nice pick on paper.
Interesting they traded Martavis Bryant, but with Brown and JuJu, he was expendable, and if they like a wide receiver in the draft, they typically have luck in the later rounds.
