Didn’t exactly give Jamison the best lineup to generate run support today.

Not much you can do.  Diaz needed a day off, Dickerson's hurt, Marte got hurt second pitch of the game. It is what it is. 

Plus, Baurer is a really good pitcher .

I didn’t see that Marte was injured. On a different note, on a day when you’re not generating much offense, why would Luplow (batting below .200) not be bunting with men on 1st and 2nd and no outs in the 8th inning of a 2 run game? You put the tying run in scoring position with two chances to knock him in. This is what frustrates me about Hurdle.

I knew my presence in the ballpark would probably do harm to the winning streak. I also think Bauer had a lot to with it and as stated earlier the lineup wasn't the strongest. That happens. I agree with a lot of what Coach says about the team. They are fun to watch and they are hanging in contention. I wouldn't blow up the team unless they have a better shot at winning it all. I think if the young guys continue to grow, I think we could compete in the next couple of years. Especially if the pitching continues to mature.
