What would you do with Bell?
Another year, another no cotract signed and another threat to sit out functions. Some reports are saying bell might sit out half the NFL season. What do the steelers do with this ego driven player? I have been saying for the last couple years now to trade him....
Their PPG, YPG and win % is almost identical with and without bell. We could use that 14 million in better ways to be honest

Try to win the super bowl as long as you have him.

What does it look like in the playoffs with and without him?konjo78 wrote:Another year, another no cotract signed and another threat to sit out functions. Same thing hoodie did with Jamie Collins when he wanted more than tag money... trade him for 3rd round pick(preferably to a cold NFC city)...and next guy up

I’d rather have the best running back in the league for one more season than a third round pick in 2019.

Who said we will really have that? There is a great chance he is sitting out half the season. Cant imagine anyone on the team wanting to play with him if he does that.
They should of traded him in feb/march and used the 14 million in cap space to sure up their defense.

Re: What would you do with Bell?
He's not sitting out, he'll show up around the last week before the regular season starts.
He'll play this season, and he'll be one of the best offensive players in the league again. The Steelers will win the AFC North. And if they are healthy, they'll have a chance to beat the Patriots once again. I don't expect much will change.
And after the season, he'll move on and the Steelers will have to come up with a new running back for the 2019 season.

How do you magically know he is not sitting out? Pretty reliable sources are saying he plans to sit out half the season. The same sources who said were correct last season. I fully expect not to see bell back with the steelers til around week 7 or 8

Because there's a $900,000 check each week he'd be missing. That's how I know.
