Loaded State Meet

After digesting the seeds for a few days I think this maybe one of the toughest years at ship in a long time.I feel that bedford county has alot of great representatives but wow we are going to have our work cut out for medals.I do have all the confidence that the county kids can and will step up come show time.I will make my prediction of at least 5 medals for the county.If memory serves I think we are only seeded for 4.Leave it all out on the track or field, good luck everybody!
