TJ Keklak? What are you smoking he is as slow as molasses in January. I hear the magnificent Joe Ward is making a comeback and will be sprinting look for him to win districts in the 100, 200, and 110 hurdles he no longer will run the 300 hurdles because he is frankly too good for them.

Central Cambria has nothing but distance I have it from an inside source that their sprinters cry after practice because they are so terrible.
