Did there need to be 10 weeks or regular season games?
Have 7-8 reg season games with 16 teams making state playoffs, easy enough

They can shave off a regular season game and play 9 and move up the state championships to last weekend, but as long as we as a state value "District" championships, they aren't going to totally condense the football playoffs. It's just how it is. So, just play 9 regular season weeks instead of 10, and save a week.
But either way, the state championships are a week earlier than they used to be so it's better than it was 3-4 years ago.

Do the bleacher coaches see Kyi Wright playing at Pitt? Will he be a one and psac guy, program player, or star?

He'll redshirt, then should be in the mix at DE beyond that.

Good I hope so Jim. It'll be a little bit of a change of pace from A to ACC. I root for all western pa kids and hate to see how LaMont Wade has basically disappeared.

It's tough to judge Class A kids, some kids are Tyler Boyd and some kids aren't. Wright physically stood out today as you would expect, but most D1 players do in Class A. We'll see when he gets to Pitt, but he has a lot of tools. I know he wants to be a linebacker, but I don't think he has the quickness to do so. I think he's athletic enough to play at DE in college, but he will have to put in some time.

Further off topic but Its good to see Robert Foster having success in recent weeks in Buffalo. I always thought he should've stayed at Pitt. Playing for a running Qb at bama wasnt good for him.

Lackawanna lost main RB early in the year and I may be wrong but thought he was a Jr.... #44 is a soph, they’ll be in conversation next year
