Remember when Portage was undefeated and passed on playing Richland. Have they won a game since??

They haven't. And if they had played that game the would be at four losses in a row instead of three lol. Why does it matter? Didnt LV skip out on a very likely loss as well?

In week 8 CV kept their starters in to run up the score on West Shamokin 62-12. Tonight I see West Shamokin beat CV 39-25.

LV took a loss because they couldn't put a functional team on the field and got zero points.
Portage turned down a game but their own administration who happens to be in charge of D6 football hands them points because they could not get find a game.
