20 years of Bleacher Coaches

Post by southpaw »

Today marks my 20 year anniversary with Bleachercoaches. Many of you might not remember but the early days on here were pretty wild. Still a solid site for local sports information.

Congrats! Your post made me curious. I'm at 20 years in a couple weeks. Came over from the old LHSports site. At least I think that's what it was called. And you're right, those were the good old days with lots of exciting conversation, and also quite a few very well informed users, some of which are still around.

Congrats to those here from Day 1. I didn't join till '09, but was a member of Jason Kaminsky's LHS Sports for a number of years. Made many friends on both. Lots of good info, mostly good dialogues, a few kooks.
It ain't over until it's over.

Dang it’s been awhile! I just checked, I’ve been a member since 2005! I don’t post as much as I used to, but still a loyal follower.

I've been a member since September 4th 2003. I remember when the days leading up to the Bedford/CR wrestling matches there were hundreds of post on the subject.

Mine was 20 years ago Sunday. I remember the LHSports forums as well. I do miss the level of activity we had on here 10 years ago though.

Yes, where are Hollywood and The Ancient Enemy these days? They used to really liven things up around here.

TAE I believe, moved to Cali a number of years ago, and is teaching-coaching out there. Hollywood likely doing the same.
