Thank you for your passion and your review. Just a point- Tyler Shima may NOT be the starting QB @ FH. Might be a name you did not mention.

Thanks for the support. I'm not real sure on a lot of positions and stuff, so I just guess on last year's stats and rosters. I don't know about possible transfers or kids moving or deciding not to play anymore ect...So any help is always welcomed.

Preseason Coach of the Year-Ernie Fetzer. Penn Cambria is poised for a big season. Coach Fetzer has been around for years, and he has a good of chance as ever to win a District Championship.

Preseason Offensive Player of the Year-Kyle Flick. Flick is the league's top receiver and could have a monster season. He finally has a Quarterback capable of getting him the ball in all situations. His athleticism should be on display all season.

Preseason Defensive Player of the Year-Mac Behe. Behe is coming of an all state performance for the PC defense. He will be set up to do the same this year.

Team on the rise-Cambria Heights. The Highlanders have all their top offensive threats back. They went 5-5 last year and they could set up for a playoff push this season.

Team on the decline-Bishop Carroll. BC has small numbers and an unproven coach. The school is in jeopardy over the next ten years as it may not be around.

Super Sophomore-Shareff Blough. The speedy sophomore could be a dynamic force for the Rangers

All LHAC Offense
QB-Matt Shaffer Richland
RB-Tyler Crawford Cambria Heights
RB-Shawn Dell Forest Hills
WR-Kyle Flick Richland
WR-Jared Shope Forest Hills
TE-Tyler Black Bedford
OL-Josh Dinniny Richland
OL-Gap Barbin Bishop McCort
OL-Nick Subich Johnstown
OL-Donny Shovestall Westmont
OL-Michael Leslie Bishop Carroll
K-Jordan Spangler Bishop McCort
