Two teams of District 5 all-stars will wrestle at Waynesburg High School this Saturday in a dual meet tournament. District 5 won this tournament last year.

Who are the all stars?

They really were not all star teams they were more of what you would call combination teams between North Star, Somerset, Berlin, Meyersdale and Chestnut Ridge.

Any idea why Bedford was not a part of it?

It's summer, Bedford does not wrestle in the summer. lol

Doesn't look as though Everett, NBC, TM, Hyndman, Shade, CT wrestle summer either. That or none of the kids could make the "all-star" team. LOL

Yes and it shows with the amount of district champs, regional and state qualifiers those teams have had lately.

Where was Burkett and Crouse?
