Not Guilty
Unfounded is the verdict as District 6 clears the Osborne Street Athletic Club of any wrong-doing in response to recruiting allegations.

Re: Not Guilty
Many will be disappointed with this outcome. Maybe the DA should take the case!!! Carry on .knowitall wrote:Unfounded is the verdict as District 6 clears the Osborne Street Athletic Club of any wrong-doing in response to recruiting allegations.

Re: Not Guilty
Is there really anyone out there that expected a different outcome?
Re: Not Guilty
Not guilty? According to the Tribune, BM explained their side of the story to District 6, concerning their employees named in Mr. Andrew's letter to the district. However, students and parents named in Mr. Andrew's letter who were contacted by District 6, did not WISH to make any comments to the committee about what happened. Sooooo…..not hearing comments about what happened from those students and parents, the D6 committee considered the accusations of Mr. Andrews "unfounded". Does that mean those BM employees didn't do what Mr. Andrews accused them of? Refusal of "witnesses" to "testify" always helps the accused.

I didn't - it sounded like sour grapes from the very beginning.223113 wrote:Is there really anyone out there that expected a different outcome?

Re: Not Guilty
Because a few involved chose not to discuss or testify about it doesn't mean it didn't happen. I for one prefer not to bury my head in the sand, as does El Moldo. This is like looking out your window and seeing a criminal act happening in the street and you choose to close your blinds or drapes and say nothing because you 'don't want to get involved', and are afraid of repercussions. What a wonderful society.

Typical. Investigated by D6 and unfounded. Don't like the out come and all you really know is what is printed in papers or like others he said she said stuff. After all these years. Surely there is proof.Manfred wrote:Because a few involved chose not to discuss or testify about it doesn't mean it didn't happen. I for one prefer not to bury my head in the sand, as does El Moldo.
