Collin always impressed me at quarterback. Mobile and accurate with a great demeanor. However, looking at Lackawanna's roster and stats from last year, he has got a battle ahead. They have talent at the position and they don't seem to share reps too much. At least not from the 2 minutes I spent look...

In 1999 IUP lost to Younstown st. 13-7 and I believe ysu won the D1AA national championship that year.
