New rumors in. Pittsburgh Pirates and Bob Nutting staged the entire fiasco to hide the fact they hired a GM today.

I'm hearing rumors that this was all staged.  TMZ reporting that it was part of the filming for the "reboot" of the new "The Last Boy Scout."

I would agree with those that have pointed out the clearances and other hoops they have to jump through is discouraging signup as well as the parents, coaches, and player behavior.

What prompted the demand for the changes with the clearances?
