Re: Week 2 scrimmage reports #PIAAfootball
Tyrone at Mifflin County
The starter played 3 quarters in this one and I believe the final tally was 5 2 Tyrone. Mifflin County definitely out manned Tyrone by about 40 kids. I am surprised that this team handled Altoona. Doesn't look good for them.

Re: PFN Preseason Rankings
I'm with Eagle, not a fan of the new site. The rankings aren't thought out, incorrect districts and appears to be the editors opinion. Even the data that they have posted doesn't make sense to me The preseason all state team for example. It is littered with BG players, but are they ranked, nope HM M...

Re: Scrimmage Reports - Week One
Don't be overly confident on the BG side Tyrone was also sitting alot. Many other 2 way starters were told 5 plays and that is what they got. Seems this one was more about preservation than it was about finding out about the teams. Seems it was more of an evaluation of the backups

Re: Scrimmage Reports - Week One
Don't be overly confident on the BG side. Tyrone also had several out and alot of others were very limited. They were told 5 plays and that is what they got. Seems both sides were being overly careful with some of the personel. Hopefully we see a little more in the next scrimmage. Alot of preservati...

Re: Windber Stadium
After being there last year for a scrimmage I would hope they demo those grandstands and start over. It was in pretty bad shape. On a side note isn't it owned by a 3rd party and not Winner school district?
