In District 6 A-  Juniata Valley is a team that could win the ICC this year with people they have back.
District 6 AA-  Southern Huntingdon has their top 3 yardage leaders back and will give Valley all they want in the ICC.
With the athletes Mount Union has back they also have to be a team that will be dangerous.

Don't count out Bellwood. They lost a lot but have talent coming up. Their line is their biggest strength.

Yeah AA should be interesting in general.

Ligonier will look a lot different without Smith, but they are still well stocked. I still think they are the team to beat. Daugherty and Tutino are GOOD.

McCort has a nice core in place with Walters, Andrews and company, they'll be good again.
Westmont has 2 of their 3 top rushers back with a big line again. They'll do what they do, ball control.
Bellwood actually loses a lot, I'm just counting on them to figure it out and go 7-2 as always.
Cambria Heights literally has everything back I believe. Only had 4 seniors last year, and they played well down the stretch.
Mount Union always has talent, they'll hang around.
Richland will be better, they were young last year.
I think Southern Huntingdon will firmly be in the playoffs, I see a gap between them and the bottom 4.

Saw CC play 7 on 7 and they looked really good. If they can block I think they will be able to compete cause they have tons of skill.
