Ditto! And I wouldn't be a bit surprised if he masterminds an upset of North Star in the 5-AA Championship Game.

Doing some HW I see that it is only between 3 teams (with "A" the cutoff at 195 males)?

Bedford Area (272 males) Chestnut Ridge (218 males) North Star (204 males)
*Windber is at 191 so they are "A"*

Bedford's record sits at 1-7, Ridge 4-4, and NS is 7-1. If NS does win, I wouldnt consider it an "upset" at all and truely pathetic if they dont. Actually, I would consider them favored over Bedford and Ridge. Granted Bedford is 1-7 vs LHAC, should they win, it would finally shut up some WestPAC fans...

FYI, Ridge got thier behinds handed to them by a mediocre Windber team...

I too commend Coach Shoemaker on the 100 win milestone.

Also, Shoemaker is to be congratulated for umpiring a PIAA softball final this year at Shippensburg University.

Congrats X 2, Max.

I had the opportunity to see Max's 100th win. Rideg won, but was not impressive. The team from Maryland was average at best and the Lions struggled to beat them. This might be a dumb question, but was the other 96 wins all at Bedford or did he coach somewhere else too?
