Don't know much about CR. Seems they have been in limbo for a few years; as far conference affiliation. What is the story with that?

They are not affiliated with any conference as of this year. There is talk of joining different conferences but nothing is for sure yet.

They will probally try to join the weakpac and play Shade, Ferndale, and Rockwood. Gimme a break go to the Laurel Highlands since your enrollment is almost that of Bedford and stop doing what is convient for you and hop around like the easter bunny from conference to conference!
Re: Opinions on 2009 Chestnut Ridge Football Team
With a Detroit Lion helmet as your "logo", that solidifies the ignorant loser that you are. CR's enrollment figure for football is 218. That is 23 boys above the single A double A cutoff. Bedford’s enrollment is 272. A difference of 54 isn't "real close".
CR left the ICC for the LHAC and then returned to the ICC. That is two conference moves that the District chose to do. Chestnut Ridge was kicked out of the ICC, which was organized by a few "crybabies" that once used to "beat-up" on CR in sports. When that changed, they opted to kick CR out. They call it "reorganizing". Two conference moves does not mean CR "jumps" around alot.
CR has had no conference options other than the MAC which would have in some cases required +80 mile drives one-way.
All of the above are facts.

80+mile boo hooo, I realize gas is quite high right now but gimme a break calling people "crybabies" just join in all sports and stop complaining about wrasslin and doing what is convient for you at the time. If your from Central your a good one to talk the way you tucked your tail between your legs and got out of the laurel highlands, teaching your kids when they are outmatched just get out of the league!
