alltime list for PA RB's

Post by youngbuck »

Could someone post the top twenty running backs in pennsylvania history by total yardage. I thought that I had seen it on here before but can not find it now.

I did a little looking, couldn't find a list; I know Jeremiah Young (Steelton-highspire) 9027 yds is the top mark
and there was a kid from Fort Cherry in the early 2000's that went for close to 7400, Tyrone's Jesse Jones was 3rd with 6902 but is down around 5th or 6th now. I'll see if I can get a list.

Pittsburgh Post Gazette had a nice article last month about the top ten leading rushers and what happened to them after HS. Whatever happened to the leading rushers.

I believe James Mungro of East Stroudsburg is number 2 or 3 on the list with 8,432 career yards.

How about Musa Smith? Bill "earthquake" Enyeart? Good topic for refreshing the memory.

Jones is a little lower than that, as Bishop McDevitt's LeSean McCoy finished his career at 6,640 (good for ninth on the list) in 2005-06.
