I'd say Franco temporarily anyway he's still active. Tyrone was a wrestling town for years and think Schopp and Bubb would have to be in. Personally I'd cut Leasure but the pumpkin pushers would cry
Jacobs I believe has to be there too. He went 100-28-6 in his 12 years with 4 undefeated teams back when we still played State College, Hollidaysburg , Altoona , Lock Haven.... All the big schools, and when they did play small schools there were several 70&80 to 0 games... So it comes down to Franco or Leasure.... Give Leasure a plaque at the base

There are several honorable mentions - Doug Hoover x-country, former NCAA coach and national biathlon team member.
Barb Miller bball. All time scorer , one time top scorer at St Francis(3rd or4th) now.
Terry Tate - state hwt champ, pa football news defensive player of the year.
Several others but those 3 probably best of rest.

Definitely on the nomination list....if it was all athletes, one would've definitely made my list. Most people will omit Jacobs because they weren't around in the 40's... You have to consider how big some of these towns used to be and how huge what he did was.

So being a football thread...

John Franco - 190-37, 9 district Titles, 3 state finals and 1 championship

Jessie Jones - 7167 yards from scrimmage (not a typo), multiple all state awards, I won't even mention them, he's here for a 92 yard run out sprinting Nick Sebes (1998 AP Player of the year), to bring Tyrone the only State football title in District 6

Steve Franco - 2011 AP Player of the Year who through for 2598 yards on to the State Final in Hershey and 6070 yards and 64 TD's in his career

Al Shoenberger- There were many who could be 4th, but I chose the long time equipment manager who got all the other standout players onto the field week in and week out
