Scores
Re: Scores
That was Phil's prediction though, not Bill's. Unless Phil is Bill....omg

Re: Scores
The only question with Juniata is how many points will they beat Tyrone by, the Indians are rolling and they are ready to stick a fork in their season and break the hearts of the many 30+ year olds on this website who live out their fantasies through Tyrone. i was at the game in which Tyrone got lucky in a game they should have lost, and to say they can beat the Indians is straight blasphemy. Juniata 42 Tyrone 21.
Re: Scores
Does it matter whether Washington or Freeport won? The only point of playing the game was to decide who Aliquippa is going to murder next.

Re: Scores
If anyone thought that Huntingdon was going to be a push over when it was win or go home is sadly mistaken. Tyrone might not be the team of the last year but they are still better than most.
They had some real motivation going into this one. Huntingdon hasn't beat Tyrone since 2003. They were sent home last year by the same team. They had their QB Speck back on the field, Jon Wagner needed 200 yards to become the schools all time leading rusher. They were beaten soundly in meeting #1 and were able to move the ball and were never out of the game. That all contributed to extra effort. However a win is a win

Re: Scores
It's always tough to beat a team twice. But in the 4th when it mattered the most Tyrone made it count and won. Saturday it should be a good game. We will see what both teams are made of.
Re: Scores
Juniata's 2 losses are to teams that are a combined 19-3, one of which was Newport (85-48). The combined record of teams they beat are 27-45. Having never seen Juniata play nor most of the teams they play, what kind of competition do they go up against?ShowTime wrote:The only question with Juniata is how many points will they beat Tyrone by, the Indians are rolling and they are ready to stick a fork in their season and break the hearts of the many 30+ year olds on this website who live out their fantasies through Tyrone. i was at the game in which Tyrone got lucky in a game they should have lost, and to say they can beat the Indians is straight blasphemy. Re: Scores
Just from watching the film, it appears defensively they have a real active nose, that looks pretty good, and then a real weird 4 4 defense which they line up 4 3 1 in a pyramid within 5 yards. They are pretty simple 3 back wishbone/wing T in the backfield with some passing. They don't appear to have a lot of speed or size. Biggest guy 250 range and doesn't move all that great. Will be interesting to see what they have.

Bill when your writers cover a game do they actually go to the games?
