Forest hills yes, Richland would be a nice ride
Re: Schools that should be in District 5
Look at it this way, D6 is taking 12 out of 19 teams this year for the playoffs, which if they started right now you would have you would have two teams with losing records going, now granted we are only 4 games in but just for arguments sake lets say by the time the playoffs roll around you could possibly have 3-4 teams with a losing record in the playoffs. Now if D6 and D5 class A were combined just for football, wouldn't it make more sense to have teams like Berlin, CT, etc... with winning records in than teams that have only 3 or 4 wins in the playoffs.

I think that 12 teams was too many for D6 to take in A, but that's a story for a different thread. But yes, having the top teams from D5 in with D6 like it was when Windber and Bishop Carroll were duking it out would be more ideal than possibly 2-8 Ferndale making the playoffs.

D5 doesn't want any of these schools because they would be afraid that the originals wouldn't win anymore

and I am going to take a guess and say that the only reason that some D6 teams want to move to D5 is so that they have a better shot of winning a district title with a smaller fieldGoldenRamsFAN wrote:D5 doesn't want any of these schools because they would be afraid that the originals wouldn't win anymore

Of course! Wouldn't you rather play in D5 and not have to worry about the bishops or BA
