My thinking, and from checking some of the predictions here on Bleachercoaches so far, it seems there are five games where the Heritage is a solid (not necessarily heavy) favorite as follows:  LV, HC, United, MC, and Blairsville.  The other five games - seem like the Westpac has a legitimate chance to beat the Heritage (could go either way):  Windber/NC; Ferndale/PM; Shade/PL; Meyersdale/WS; and CT/Saltsburg.  We will see.  It is very hard to gage how this will go since they played only in their own conference all year.

Agreed, one thing to keep an eye on. If Homer beats Portage and Penns Manor beats or comes close to beating Ferndale, I think you will see a blow out similar to last year Saturday night. Berlin narrowly beat Portage and Ferndale and had two score games with Winber and Meyersdale. Ligonier hasn't had to break a sweat yet.

Just taking a peak at Berlin on Maxpreps I'm not sure they have the size (not just on the line but all over) or the speed to match up. I'm going to say 49-7 and that's just my opinion. Not a dig at Berlin, who has a great program.

However, if you check the scores on Friday and see Portage beating Homer and Ferndale whipping Penns Manor, it might be worth a trip or at least tunning in Saturday night.

LV goes big over Berlin, Dominating both sides of the ball.   There are no receivers in the Westpac like Tutino and Daughtery.
Should be a lot of work for the punter from Berlin.

Looking to me a lot like the Heritage Conference is the superior team to the West Pac yet again!  The Heritage Conference does not get enough respect but I think it's time we start to give them that.  Clean sweep!

Pump the brakes there big shoots. The Heritage has been given more respect than the WestPAC for years now. Since '95 the Heritage has made the D6 Championship 6 times, winning twice. The WestPAC has made the finals 7 times, winning twice (two wins were 5 & 6 championships). In the last 10 years the Heritage has made it 4 times (PM and HC winning). Portage made it twice (losing both to BM/BG) The only dominance in D6 is from the LHAC and Bellwood.
Good Luck to both conferences! Love the competition.
