MU’s application deadline was the end of February. They have multiple applicants.

I heard the same. So what are they waiting for to interview people?

Oh good. I had heard there was only one and they weren't too keen on the applicant. I hope they get someone good. The program was headed in the right direction and they have some talent coming up.

Is he retiring or being forced out? I heard a rumor on Friday, that I won't repeat until verifies, that an incident happened among the team during last season. What I heard was pretty disturbing and that is the reason he is leaving.

This past season was my sons senior year. I didn't hear of any incidents. Plus I would think if he were forced out, it would have been before April.

What I heard could be wrong, that is why I am not saying anything until somebody else confirms it. I have the ultimate respect for Coach Hayes. I hope what I heard isn't true.

I know you don't want to say anything . Out of respect and in case it is wrong. But I'd be very interested in what you heard. Bellwood is a small town and word spreads quickly. But sometimes I'm the last to hear things. Lol

I have been told today that the incident did not happen during the football season, but did involve football players. SO how that affects Coach Hayes, I'm not sure.
