I think it would be up to Huntingdon to reach out to Altoona, or even Hollidaysburg.

How much would Altoona or Hollidaysburg charge Huntingdon to use their field for one night?

I would guess that Juniata College would be their first choice of alternate locations. It seems that JC and Huntingdon have a pretty good relationship, so it would not at all surprise me to see that be where the game is played if War Vets isn't ready to go.

Good question.  I'm curious what BG pays the AASD.  Does anyone know?

Game will NOT be @ Juniata, will be held at regular stadium.

The Southern Huntingdon vs. Mount Union game was moved to Mount Union due to mold issues at SHC. Last I heard Huntingdon will be playing at their regular field at the normal start time. This is after talk ofoving the game to JC did happen.
