You have to meet both criteria not just total pts. Ex. U can have 20 transfers and not win and not have to move up or vice versa. BG meets criteria in only 1 area "success" not transfers. Isn't that funny for all the bashing they take. Thanks for correction, but i think they only had 1 in 2019, but doesn't really matter, because they don't meet criteria. My point is that most people think they get 5-10 a year. Ok went back and re read it. When it said 8 points that was for both teams combined.
