1 negative test is not enough according to CDC guidelines. Every team that has had a team specific case has in western Pa has had to follow the 14 day quarantine. This includes Seneca Valley, Clairton, Freeport, New Castle and several others.
It's an unfortunate situation for them but wow, if this allowed to happen by the dept of health, district 6, and others, Trump will definitely win Pennsylvania. lol.

Usually when it’s down to 8 the games are 1-8, 2-7, 3-6 and 4-5. CV is 4 BG is 5... so CV would play BG assuming they play and beat the 12 seed

BG recruits all the most COVID negative players in the area. It’s not even remotely fair to all the schools who have to find COVID negative players within their borders. The rules need to change!

You mean BG will not "play by the rules" and PIAA won't do anything about it? I'm am shocked!

What rules? How could you possibly know the circumstance or situation? For all we know the positive test wasn’t even in the building and the shutdown was precautionary

If Forest Hills is playing today, BG can play next Saturday.

There wasn't one person on the BG sidelines who was wearing a mask when they played CR last Saturday. Then it was announced that an adult on the sidelines had tested positive. EVERY TEAM in the state would have to quarantine for 14 days in that case. FH had a school issue, not a player on the football team.
