PIAA Changing Competition Formula
PIAA voted and approved to modify the competition formula, to count SUCCESS ONLY, taking out the transfer portion of the rule. Thoughts?

Is success only determined by PIAA Championships? In basketball it wouldn't make much of a difference. There's always another big private/charter waiting behind the next one.
I would assume this would force SC to move up after being in the last 6, winning 5 by blowouts.
