There's a typo on the bracket, so I'm not sure. They have 7-3 listed twice.

The one on the PIAA website doesn't have 7-3 listed twice.Crimson's Ghost wrote:There's a typo on the bracket, so I'm not sure. They have 7-3 listed twice.

I should be able to help you out. Shoot me an email or a private message.
Re: State Playoff Bids
No offense to D-5. But most years I'd rather play a D5 team than any WPIAL school. For instance in AA girls , McCort gets a 20-4 California team while Bellwood gets N Bedford. And BG gets a D9 team. That's just one example. Seems odd that the loser may be better off in the long run.

Re: State Playoff Bids
Yeah, it's just one of those things I guess. But I would agree and guess most District 6 coaches would prefer the second place District 5 team than a fifth place team from out of the WPIAL.
Re: State Playoff Bids
And 5-2 is probably better off playing 6-2, instead of 5-1 playing 7-3...no offense to D6
