Shade, Shanksville, and Bishop Carroll will all be back for big playoff runs. All three were elite 8, but were eliminated by Kennedy, who is now 6A.

Girls A and AA should have another good year. The final four for AA had 3 D6 teams PM, Blairsville, and BA with BA winning it all. Two in the final four A, JV and BC with JV losing in the finals.

Ligonier Valley is the favorite in the Heritage South, while Homer-Center and United should contend in my opinion. All 3 have a lot of talent back this year. Purchase Line will be competitive but lost a lot from last year. I think they are still the team to beat in the Heritage North though.

Drop FH by 3 or 4 spots.

Didnt Bedford have a talented jr high or 9th grade a few years ago? Did those boys develop? They should be juniors or seniors now.

I think they are sophomores and juniors.  Steven Ressler is a good player.

I would move Richland to 5 and bump everyone up one.
I think Westmont will be 12 or 13.
