Streaming local events

Post by Manfred »

FWIW, I signed up for the NFHS network last Tuesday, since it looks like very few of us will be privileged enough to actually get into local HS events. Now for anyone's information, it's better than nothing! It is a pay-for site, at $10.99/ mo. and will automatically renew for a second month at 10.99 unless you call to cancel. There is also an option of 69.99 for a year. Coverage of respective schools and games may be spotty, but so far I did watch last Wed. a 3 way scrimmage between FH, Somerset, and BC @ Somerset. Tonight's girls hoops between FH and BMCHS is scheduled for 6 PM coverage from Osborne St. Many of the schools will also offer a YouTube coverage, but you have to look for it. I just received, as a member, a notification about the NFHS game for tonight. Thats a nice perk. But You should dbl./ check the school's website to verify any schedule changes. Hope this helps some fans.
It ain't over until it's over.
