I would have to say Ridge will be the top team in the LHAC with Forest Hills being the top competitor. Is St. Joe’s loaded again this year?

Duals and district individual tournament will be 2 separate animals. St Joes probably be favorites heading into tournament. BEA will add a quality team but losing Gage McLenehan will hurt their chances.... Glendale, Westy, FH ,Hdon , and PO all form a close pack of challengers. For duals, I’ll give you a surprise team that may not be a threat to win any titles but will be way more competitive than years before (2-13 last year) .... Bellwood. They’ll have a few decent kids and a full lineup... that’ll make ya competitive anyway

According to Track wrestling, St Joes only has 8 wrestlers certified, but 7 of them are studs.  They would pretty much have to get all pins in a dual setting.

No doubt they’re the favorite to win the individual crown again.  I don’t think they’ll win the team duals.

As far as State Titles go, I would have to think Jared McGill from Chestnut Ridge would be right at the top of the list.

What high schools did some of the kids go to before? Dowling, Witmer, Powers, and Ohl. Not sure if any of those kids are back this year just curious.
