Great game last night for those who missed it. District 6 should be proud of the teams they had representing the area. Shultz pitched an excellent game for Tyrone, before running out of pitches after 6 2/3 in a 4-2 victory

Tyrone will face Oley Valley at 1:30 at PSU Thursday for the State Championship

Hats off to the Eagles. It sounds like it was a great game from both sides. Any other details? No one on this side of the mountain gets a paper Tuesdays.

Shultz held the potent Dragon offense so 2 hits. We were putting the ball in play just not finding any holes. Snowberger pitched well for Central but a couple late defensive miscues decided the game as Central held a 2-1 lead going into the 6th before Tyrone put 3 on the board in the bottom half following 2-3 Central errors. Dragons lose 3 starters, none of which are pitchers, and should be right back in the thick of it next year.
