Anyone can apply to be in the tournament, but most schools have a policy that you must be .500 to go to the playoffs, and they will take everyone who applys. As for the point system, that is what we have to work with.

If you look at the D5 Single A rankings, only the top four teams have a winning record. Does that mean only four teams can qualify for the District Playoffs? What has happened to all the good soccer programs? Is the district that bad or is soccer down every where?

that's not going to be correct, cause not all the teams have submitted scores...
