What does ONE weekend in the month of September mean? I'm talkin' the WHOLE non-conference schedule. The Big Ten was 10-0 last week in non-conference play. Was that because they are so good, or because they play weak opponents? Please try to answer that question without bringing up Pitt or the Big East. Just defend the Big Ten please.

Hey, at least the Big Ten doesn't LOSE to their crappy non conference opponents like Pitt does.

My challenge here was for you to respond WITHOUT bringing up Pitt or the Big East. You couldn't do it, could you? You can't defend the Big Ten without comparing it to others. How sad. You can't defend them on merit alone.

Look on the other thread. Big Ten conference games this weekend included Iowa State, Northern Illinois, Texas, Notre Dame, and Akron. Are those teams pushovers?

ND and texas aren't. But when you are as good as yuou think you are and have them at home, one would thing victory was in order. They choked on national TV. What else can I say.

The national media has given Pitt tons of chances to get their act together. Pitt has peed the bed every time. That is why you cannot get good recruits to turn your program around. Wannstedt is even worse than Walt Harris. At least Harris was a sleaze-ball. Wanny is just an idiot!
