Rivals.com Top 100
This one is a special post for hilltoppanther.
Of the top 100 players on Rivals, there is ONE kid who has interest, at all, in Pitt: Dorian Dickerson.
In the preseason, there were about 15 kids who had Pitt listed. Dave Wannstedt continues to be reeling them in.

You can't base how good a recruiting season is going based on the top 100. If you get a couple, wonderful. If not, you make do with who you get. I think it's great that Pitt is "reeling" in the western Pa kids. It'll be like them playing at home so to speak.

Re: Rivals.com Top 100
The point was the interest has gone down. Nobody cares about Pitt, and they shouldn't. It goes to show you what happens when you lose to Ohio and Rutgers. Nice style.
Re: Rivals.com Top 100
MSU sucks. They've lost 3 in a row. What do you want me to say? You should be happy they lost. After all, aren't they your hated rival?
Re: Rivals.com Top 100
Plus it was Homecoming for the Wildcats. Teams play harder for Homecoming.
Re: Rivals.com Top 100
No one has de-committed to Pitt. 17 verbals already. Where's this "nobody cares stuff"? Again, if you don't get alot of top 100 kids, so what. It's not the measure of a good recruiting class.

Nobody said they decommitted. I'm talking about interest. NOBODY CARES ABOUT PITT.
Re: Rivals.com Top 100
Nobody is interested in Pitt....
From the P-G:
Pitt's offense was rather putrid in the first quarter of the Panthers' homecoming game against Syracuse before 33,059 at Heinz Field yesterday.
That may have been a stretch too. The "yellow out" was working well as the empty seats were just too much for the Cuse to overcome.
Hey Pitt, GO TO YOUR ROOM! Big Brother is in charge now!
