2005 SHL All-Stars
Here they are...
Twelve from area earn Sideling Hill honors
Nine area athletes were named to 2005 Sideling Hill League fall all-star teams and another three were chosen as honorable mention selections.
In boys soccer, McConnellsburg placed three on the first team — forward Evan Mellott and defenders J.J. Grace and Joe Chafardon.
Fannett-Metal forward Donovan McGee and defender Ben Junkin, along with Forbes Road midfielder Jeff Berkstresser also made the first team.
Brandon Henry of Forbes Road and Andrew Doyle of McConnellsburg were taken as honorable mention selections.
In girls volleyball, Katie Dovey of Fannett-Metal was a first-team pick, along with McConnellsburg's Emile Ott and Trisha Seiders.
Grace McCarthy of Southern Fulton was named honorable mention.
