Rivals is reporting that Josh Pryor (NJ QB) is strongly considering Penn State. Let's take a look at Pryor.

He is 5'9".
He runs a 4.5
He was named the preseason #49 out of the top 50 players in New Jersey.
He is listed as a 2-star player.
His accolades include "all-county".

Yes, we may have found our new Heisman winner.

When you are #49 out of 50 in New Jersey, you're definitely a Heisman candidate. One of the Pitt bozos was quick to point out that Bryant was a 2* WR, so maybe Pryor will do so well that PSU gets invited to join the NFL. Who knows.
