I left at Half and the score was 20 - 6 FH.

MC showed little signs of life in the first half... and FH basically only made one mistake (interception)

I wouldn't look for much of a comeback but you never know. Looks like FH and BM on the rug.

FINAL SCORE: FH 40- MC 6

I was 5 points off of my prediction of 35-6. Crap! This was a very clean game with a handfull of penalties the whole game. Both teams played well. Good luck Rangers!

Lazration had I think 3 scores, Oswalt 2, Rearick I think 1.

How can a team play well when it loses 40-6? I really thought MC might actually show up and give them a game.

They both played well... as in clean and the best they could. There were about 4-5 penalties all game.

Lazration and Oswalt each had three scores.

I went to the MC / CR game and I think Marion Center gave FH the best game they could. From what I saw against CR, Marion Center had a very suspect pass defense. Forest Hills just took advantage of the most favorable match-up.

I think CR would have matched up better against FH, but I doubt the score would have been much different. Forest Hills would have just spread the ball around a little more instead of going only where they had a decided advantage.

I was surprised that MC didn't switch their matchups against the FH receivers. I don't understand why they thought their smaller CB would be able to cover Jake Oswalt. Although I doubt he would have fared much better against Adam Trout. MC was essentially left with picking their own poison.

Congratulations to Forest Hills. Now, an all-LHAC d-6 AA final without Tyrone, bringing smiles to Osborne Street and Sidman. Good luck, guys.

flak- my bad. Thanks for the clarification. Sometimes when a bunch of people all stand up at the same time, it's hard to see exactly. FYI- The Richardson clan were in front of me, 3 rows down. But when THEY all stand up, they can cause an eclipse! LOL
