Fun Week

Bedford visits North Star this week. Should be a good match while the Orange Bowl is being played in Miami. The Cougars head to the Canner Duals (Biglerville) next weekend for some District 3 wrestling.

what teams are in district 3 that are worth anything right now
will they put up a fight against north star?
and when is the bedford vs north star match?

Bedford is at North Star Tuesday night. As for the Canner duals, Biglerville, Brandywine Heights, Council Rock North, Mercer, Wyoming Seminary (Prep School), Bermudian Springs just to name a few. Probably some schools from out of state. Blair Academy wrestled in the Canner Duals two years ago, so I would say this isn't going to be an easy weekend.

The Cougars knocked off last year's Canner Dual champions last night beating Council Rock North (D1) 36-28. They followed up that with another victory over Eastern York (D3) 55-12. North Star finishs up pool play this morning wrestling Wissahickon (D1). The championship round continues at 1230 with the top eight teams vying for final positions.

The Cougars 7-3 finished fourth at this years Canner Duals. They finished up pool play knocking off Wissahickon (D1AAA) 49-15 and pounded host Biglerville (D3AA) 56-21 in the championship quarterfinal. Last years runner-up and eventual champion Brandywine Heights (D3AA) beat the Cougars 49-30 in the semi finals. North Star faced Council Rock North again wrestling for third but dropped a tough match 34-28. Lou Lepley boys wrestle again on Tuesday vs Hyndman and on Friday vs Forest Hills.

Why did NS lose two team points during Canner Duals? Should I even guess who cost the team the points.
