"2006" W.P.I.A.L. TEAM WRESTLING PLAYOFFS UPDATE...............
1/31/2006 -
The W.P.I.A.L. Team Wrestling Tournament began on an interesting note. In Class (AA), Highlands has advanced to the Quarterfinals without having to wrestle. The Golden Rams picked up a 1-0 forfeit victory over Beth-Center after Bulldogs coaches decided not to make the trip to Highlands with only four healthy wrestlers. Here are ALL the final scores from Preliminary Round action in Class (AAA) and all the First Round matches in Class (AA).
The tournaments conclude on Saturday, February 4th with the W.P.I.A.L. Class (AAA) and Class (AA) team championships at Gateway High School.
