Juniata Valley League All Star Teams

Does anyone know who from the CK teams (boys and girls) was picked for the Juniata Valley All Star Teams?

I think Lacey Claar was player of the year. Kayla Musselman was first team and Marrissa Leslie was second team. Tom Ritchey was coach of the year as well

yea- and the boys were completely ignored - makes no sense. The top scorer in the league was completely shut down when they played CK. Martinez from Mt Union didn't play a portion of the season and same with Graham from Williamsburg. Graham missed some games due to poor conduct and then he broke his hand. There were boys on the CK team that deserved recognition.

I think the other guy that got picked for the all star team from Mt.Union deserved it.That kid is one heck of an athlete,works hard on the court ,big guy too! 6-2 or 6-3 and undoubtably pushes the weights.... martinez will never get a fair shake ..His grandpap {athetic director} sitting on the bench ,now coaching!! come on!!that guy is a jerk!! 100 proof!He exclaimed after the christmas tourney game with us the only reason Mt union lost was because Martinez wasn't playing.Come on we kicked your butt!!!Don't get me wrong Martinez is a heck of an athlete too! But when you shoot 40-50 shots a game to be the high scorer with 18 or 20 while you TEAM is losing by 25...that smells where ever you at!!!!! Poor coaching plain and simple.....

Forget the AD, Bill Shives should never be allowed on the floor,he's too much of a distraction anymore.He's too obvious what he's all about..Both those guys deserved being selected for that team ,Martinez for his great play making ability and Pollicino for just the work horse geter dun play.There were alot of guys left out of the picks for no reason .

I heard that Bill is the one that makes John take all those shots. If he doesn't he gets yelled at. So as far as I'm concerned they both deserved to be on team. Thank god you had that big man or you guys wouldn't won any games!

Pollicino wasn't a good basketball player. All he had for Mu was hgt. thats it. MU won't miss him.

dude mutrojans you obviously too much of the wackey weed. you cut pollicino down on the baseball page and now on basketball. look at it this way then talk POOP, he was one of only two from MU on the scoring list last year and #2 in the batting title last year. no hes not any good. ha your crazy!

Its not hard to be a leading scoring on a sorry BUTT team, plus read further into the baseball stats, he led the league in errors and strikeouts while being near the bottom in walks. anyways, where is he now? not playing for Ship. he didn't make the team.

So he finishes top in evrything else...not good enough? Nobody from MU was up there with him so you can't talk POOP. As for when he went to ship...he became worthless...drinks all the time which got him and underage, should have been a DUI and got kicked off the team...if he was concerned about playing that much he shouldve stayed home...such a dumbBUTT
