I thought it was an awesome event and the kids played very well together. The coaches did a great job of substituting in and out. The Claysburg boys can be proud of their efforts - they aren't always recognized because of their season record but they should be proud. They held their own on the court and were contenders in the 3 point shooting contest. Thanks for including them in the event.

Good old Doug West. One of my junior high teams only lost to West's Roosevelt (or Keith -- I forget which) team by 14 or so and we all thought we were pretty hot. 'Course we lost by 30 the other time we played them.

We were thinking of asking you to be a special guest Hollywood, but since none of the guys score over 30 a game we didn't think you'd be interested.

I see your point, Sportrus. It's definitely worth considering. I hope none of the players felt slighted. On the other hand, the alternative was no game at all.

The Claysburg players -- guys and gals alike -- were terrific, as was the support of their fans. As an old Sproul rat myself, it was a lot of fun seeing the dawg pack enjoying themselves.

Those in attendance did enjoy the game and appreciate tbe opportunity to watch the area's outstanding athletes compete together. I am certain that this type of event will be something for players and spectators to look forward to each year. I too, enjoyed the C-K fans throughout the season...they certainly had alot to cheer about this year and their outpouring of support was definately a factor in the success of the girls team. Way to stick together Bulldogs!
