Bisons seeking revenge?

Post by rhsduts »

This weeks match of the week will probably feature 2 teams who may possbily be competing for a district championship... Bedford host's Richland on Tuesday night, in a match where Bedford probably did not forget about the loss they had last year, when their 152 pounder was disqualified due to "punching" a Ram wrestler in the face i think. Richland is coming off a heart breaking loss to local rival Westmont, 30-27. Bedford is coming off a win against Cambria Heights, and is looking for their second win. Look for a lot of key matchups for both teams, all night long. Matches that will be the turning point in the match, and whoever wins these key matches will probably win the match...

103: Morder vs Cook....
160: Pecora vs Kensinger...
...these are both matches that will be tossups i think, and whoever wins those two matches will most likely win the dual....

what does everyone think about the team score, and those two matches listed above?

I will have to give those two match-ups to Richland. Morder over Cook, simply because of experience and Pecora over Kensinger in a tight one where Pecora will wear him down. But I actually think Bedford will have enough wins elsewhere to take the meet.

Rams fall to Bedford 34-26 I think, Morder beat Cook 5-1 in a good match... Lehman lost to Ripple 6-2, Travis Lees over Shnabley.... Kensinger over Sakmar... Good dual for both teams

It was a good match last night. I was really impressed with Kendall and he should only get better as the year goes on. Trevon also looked good wrestling a bigger kid that is also pretty good. Bedford really seemed aggressive and in my opinion have some guys showing good improvement over last year.

The match was actually closer than the score. Jardina rolled over for Kendall one time, and Kendall got 3 backs, Kendall hit him in 2 cradles at the end of the 2nd period (last like 20 seconds), to rack up 6 more points.... Kendall might have had an off night, all this talk about Kendall making a run, if he wrestles that way against Pfahler and Zimmerman....he might be in some trouble

Kendall does have some things to prove, but you sound kind of jealous. He is exciting to watch and gives a full 6 minutes.
