Maybe someone will care when the season is closer...or when football is over.

IMO...Richland and Forest Hills are the early favorites anyways
And the last thing I must tell you...NEVER QUIT!

Cambria Heights has their two top pitchers back in D1 bound Brett Vescovi and sophmore John Fees.

Vescovi added power to his bat and a few mph to his fastball this fall playing for Dee Dee Osbourne and the Johnstown Jaysox.

Rumor has it that he is going to play for Delsignore and Delweld this upcoming summer in the AAABA.

Do you think he can live up to everyone's high expectations?

Fan4,

Where is Vescovi going D1? How fast is he consistently throwing now?

Vescovi had the opportunity to sign his letter of intent last week and attend Slippery Rock but turned it down. He turned it down to possibly to go the University of Pittsburgh or Coastal Carolina. I talked to his older brother last night and he said that Brett will sign with SRU if PITT and CC fall through.

This fall he threw 84-85mph consistantly. He's going to take a few months off from throwing because he's playing basketball this winter for CH so he might need some time before he hits 85mph come spring.

Good for the kid. I hope he does well wherever he decides to attend. Look forward to seeing him in the AAABA league this year if he decides to play in Jtown.
