Did anyone catch "60 Minutes" over the weekend?
They ran a piece on "Global Warming." They claimed it was an updated version of another global warming piece they did earlier this year. Sean Hannity, from Fox, pulled the transcripts and found that the transcripts were identical. This means they did not update the information which has changed since it aired earlier.
NASA listed the "Top 10 Warmest Years" on record. They erroneously listed 1998 as they warmest year on record. That information appeared on "60 Minutes" during the winter. NASA has since published the correct list. The warmest year on record is 1934. In fact, 5 of top 10 warmest years recorded, occurred before World War II.
Every person interviewed for the "60 Minutes" segment believed in global warming. They failed to interview anyone with a different viewpoint. Great journalism! The writer claimed that he could not find anyone that disagreed with the information presented. Sean Hannity scrolled through a list of scientists that disagree with global warming.
*"When Al Gore stops flying around the country on his private jet, which burns more fuel in one trip than I do in one year, I will listen to his suggestion to go green." -Sean Hannity
