The D5 match of the tournament was the semifinal match between Sheldon and Ridge's youngster Josh Shane. It was a back and forth battle. My best memory of the match is that it went something like this: Shane took Sheldon down in the first period but Sheldon quickly escaped. They exchanged escapes in the second and third periods and then with time winding down and Shane holding on to a 3-2 lead, Sheldon got the takedown for the 4-3 victory.
