Haha good one footballfan. I seriously hope you were kidding. If "giving him trouble" involves 28 and like 27 points in two games vs miller, then yes, mccombie is a phenom. He is a tough one to guard, but that 7 pts or so above his season average. I went up to Ebensburg to watch the second CH-CC game, and it was ridiculous how Miller could do whatever he wanted whenever he wanted.

Varga did not guard Miller when BM played CC, he took McGregor I think. I'd say Miller's the best guard on CC, walker.

And in that CC-BM game, Schrey did absolutely nothing (didn't even score I think) and Varga did not strike me as much. Surely not the 3rd best player in the league.

Whether they played a zone, man, or petty excuse for a zone, it doesn't matter. McCombie surely didn't "give Miller a hard time" as footballfan4 said. That was my point, heights.

And if McCombie would've manned up on him, it would not have been 27 points. I'd say closer to 47 points, rather.

I'd put Weatherly at the two spot for certain and I don't think anyone from Heights would be top ten.

I know Forest Hills basketball didn't have a very successful season, but Jon Kirby had a pretty good year. He was the number one option and he could light it up some games, but he'd take his shots wether he was on or not.

Matt Skoner should have had a better year than he did, but his numbers suffered a great deal from having to play the four spot due to the Rangers' lack of an inside presence. Their only true big man was a frosh. He also assumed a role of being a pass-first player for whatever reason. Last season with Devin Richardson and Travis Rearick on the inside, Skoner averaged 10.9 PPG and 5.9 boards per. This year, he dropped to 8.9 PPG and added another board to put him at 6.9 RPG. He also attempted 44 less shots this year. I know 11/6 isn't jaw-dropping, but he could have grown on those numbers this year if he still had an inside player so he could slash from the outside.

MaxPreps knows...

Since this subject doesnt exclude women's bball, I was just curious if anyone knows how many points Basile(easily the best women player in the LHAC and probably better than some of the men) has for the Crushers?
