Yeah, Still doing TV for GOTW and Radio on WNTJ. Look for big changes on GOTW this year for football. It will be my 7th year with GOTW..and still going strong.
Trish is still around and doing GOTW basketball with me. She lost her father recently, a big loss for all of us in the Johnstown area. He was a friend to every athlete in the region.
WNTJ will be carrying the Northern Cambria game today, I of course will be here at school listening.

Sorry to hear about Trishes Dad... Hmmm !!! (You both) have my condolences...It's always a toughy to loose a figure of the sports world & a good person who was involved with a local area...

I was a little bummed out that the Northern Cambria (Girls) couldn't turn the corner. But ! I knew they where in an up-hill battle from the start. Playing the defending State Champs (York Cath),is no easy task !!! Anyone who makes it to the Big~ Dance from District #5/6, makes me proud...

But on the other hand, from my neck of the woods "The Jayhawks of Jeannette" came through... what a proud moment for that town. Westmoreland County hasn't had a Gold Medal winner in the boys games since "Christ left Chicago" l.o.l. (or) maybe when Monesson's boys won it back in the 70's ?

When i saw the likes of the size & quickness of Strawberry Mansion, I told my buddy at the game (prior to tip-off), There's "No Way' that they are going to be able to hang with that bunch from Philadelphia ... I'm glad I'm not a betting man... :oops:
