Ohio State was ranked 9th, PSU 3rd. I have the game on DVR, just looked it up.

After a 20 point win on the road and scoring 61 points, all the people in-the-know seem to think OU will jump UT. I LOVE IT. After the Steelers beat the Patriots tonight, i'll log on Espn.com and look at the new BCS standings to see OU is ranked 2nd and UT 3rd and UT left standing outside the bigXII title game. MMM MMM YEAH!!!!

That's okay, hammy. I'm glad to see your glory comes from what happens to Texas and not PSU. Texas beat Oklahoma 45-35. That's how it went down. It can't be changed. Oklahoma went out and stomped on Tech and beat Oklahoma State pretty bad in the 4th quarter. It's not anyones fault the system is flawed. If I was you, I'd be asking the question why PSU never got mentioned for the National Championship. Are they really that bad? They only had one loss. Oregon State didn't help them out any last night by giving up 60 points to a team TAE told me couldn't score. If you go by people's logic on here, then the only good conference is the Big 10. I think everyone knows that's not true. Especially, when the talk is about Ball State getting a BCS game over Ohio State.

If you were to watch the sports reporters the past 3 weeks there has been multiple occasions on that show where the hosts all ask how Penn State can't be regarded as on of the best teams in the nation. I'll tell you how. It's the same thing with Texas Tech. They lost way too late in the season. Florida lost to a team that Iowa would stomp a mudhole in, and they pretty much control their own destiny to the National title game. Same goes with Oklahoma, Texas and USC.

The reason I'm talking about OU and PSU is because, incase you haven't noticed, Penn State was done last week. There is nothing else more to watch of them. I won't break out the 2005 DVD or the 1994 VHS and m-bate to them like you do with the UT national title game weekly.

Why would you break out the 1994 and 2005 tapes when they didn't result in National Championships? Maybe you celebrate second place for 14 years. I don't normally do that. By the way, my sources think that it will be Texas vs. Ohio State in the Fiesta Bowl. I guess we'll see how great the Big 10 really is.

Yes. Because Ohio State outside of the Big10 is a great barometer.
